HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE TAPES? You'll have the order within four weeks, usually sooner. Orders for large quantities of tapes may take a little bit longer.

CAN YOU COMPILE A TAPE OF INDIVIDUAL MATCHES AND / OR SEGMENTS? Due to time constraints, I cannot.

CAN I PUT "RUSH" DELIVERY ON MY ORDER? I don't have tapes already made, waiting to be mailed. Every time someone orders a tape, I have to make a copy of that tape. I usually have other tapes waiting to be made when I receive any order, and I copy tapes in the order in which the requests are received. This is the only fair way to do it.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I'LL GET THE TAPES? I get asked this question occasionally, and I'm never quite sure what to say but this: you have my word that if you send in an order, I will send the tapes.
